I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, honest, and supportive. I work collaboratively with you to identify patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and build healthier ways of thinking, coping, and living.
At Words of Wisdom Counseling Services, my goal is to create a safe space where you can be authentic, gain clarity, and grow into the version of yourself you are working toward, not the one your past tried to define.
